North Ogden Utah resident could be next big celebrity chef
The 23-year-old has been selected as one of 10 finalists for the fourth season of "The Next Food Network Star," which premieres June 1. The winner of this cool show will get there own on air six- episode cooking program. Kelsey went to Brigham Young University and she works as a culinary instructor.
